PONY EXPRESS has launched its visa support services in Moscow for Russian citizens travelling to Hungary. The company plans to expand its geographical presence in the future. A one-year agreement with the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was signed to be automatically renewed at maturity. According to the agreement, the operator’s visa application centers expect to issue 72,000 Hungarian visas annually. PONY EXPRESS will accept visa applications and personal biometric data of the applicants, process and send them over to the Consulate, as well as receive and deliver the final documents to the applicants. Optional services, including translation of completed application forms, photography, air and train ticket booking, hotel reservations and short messaging services to update on the current status, are also available to the customers.
Olga Gegen, Manager of the Consular Department of the Hungarian Embassy in Russia, comments:
“The development of cultural and business relations between Hungary and the Russian Federation without tourism is impossible. We are willing to make our country available for as many citizens of Russia as possible. We entered into an agreement with PONY EXPRESS so that Russians could go through all visa formalities in a prompt and convenient way. The service provider we selected owns the most extensive network of visa application centers in Russia and boasts 15 years of professional experience. This gives us confidence that through PONY EXPRESS applicants will enjoy a convenient and high-quality service.”
