Brief rules for order processing

Guaranteed delivery to a specific time to the largest Russian cities in the directions of “Moscow-Region”, “Region-Moscow” and “Region-Region”.

Restrictions:

• Maximum dimensions: items for one invoice shall not exceed 180 cm, with the maximum size of one side not exceeding 100 cm.
• Maximum weight in “Express 10:00”, “Express 13:00” and “Express 18:00” is 31 kg of physical or volumetric weight for one invoice.
  Volumetric weight formula: Length (cm) * Width (cm) * Height (cm) / 5000.

Time of order acceptance and transfer of goods depends on a destination city.

In Moscow:

Orders for the current day are accepted by phone from 8 am till 11 am and up to 10:30 am through a courier request application on the website or in Personal Account. The delivery shall be made till 6 pm.

Restrictions:

• Maximum weight of one shipment is 5 kg.
• Maximum weight of shipments from one customer is 10 kg (taking into account physical and volumetric weight).
• Maximum number of shipments from one customer is 20 (20 invoices, each for an item of goods).

Mail expedited delivery in Russia

• For cities located at a distance of up to 50 km from Moscow Ring Road, the orders are accepted up to 2 pm. The goods from a courier are accepted up to 6 pm of the current day. In case the order is placed after 2 pm, the goods from a courier will be accepted on the next business day.
• For cities located at a distance of more than 50 km from Moscow Ring Road, the orders for delivery on the next business day are accepted during the previous business day.

Mail expedited delivery in Russia and the CIS:

Orders for the current day are usually accepted from 9 am till 12 pm local time. For more information, please contact the branch in a delivery point.

Restrictions:

• The weight of one item is up to 20 kg (taking into account physical and volumetric weight).

In Moscow:

Orders for the current day are accepted from 8 am till 4 pm. The delivery is made on the next business day from 9 am till 6 pm. The delivery time for this type of service depends on the shipment category and its amount. In Moscow-St Petersburg direction:

Orders for the current day are accepted from 8 am till 4 pm, and for the next business day - till 8 pm. The delivery is made in 2-3 business days from 9 am till 6 pm.

In Moscow, Russia and neighboring countries.

• For shipments of up to 100 kg inclusive, orders for the current day are accepted from 8 am till 4 pm, and for the next business day — from 4 pm till 8 pm.
• For shipments of 100 — 300 kg, orders for the current day are accepted from 8 am till 2 pm, and for the next business day — from 2 pm till 8 pm.
• For shipments of 300 — 3000 kg, orders are accepted from 8 am till 6 pm, and forwarder’s arrival shall be on the next business day.
• For shipments of 3,000 — 5,000 kg, orders for the next business day are accepted from 8 am till 4 pm. For orders received after 4 pm, the execution time is 2 business days.
• For shipments of over 5,000 kg, orders for the next working day are accepted from 8 am till 4 pm. For orders received after 4 pm, the execution time is 2 business days.

The forwarder’s arrival to a customer’s warehouse on the next business day is from 8 am till 8 pm. If the weight of one item exceeds 80 kg or the size of one item is more than 270 cm as per the sum of three dimensions, you should contact the Customer Service Department.
