The official opening ceremony was held today in the new multi-purpose visa application center of PONY EXPRESS in Moscow. This center opened its doors in the heart of the capital at Nizhny Susalny Pereulok, 5, Bldg. 19. This is the first visa application center in the country where every service desk is equipped with biometric data collection facilities.
PONY EXPRESS flagship visa application center occupies an area of 700 square meters and has the capacity to provide services to up to 2,000 customers a day. The updated operating platform enables the center to complete the entire visa application process in just 15 minutes. The time of visa delivery has now become 1 day shorter.
For customer convenience, the center offers a comfortable waiting room, a VIP hall with a separate entrance, a children’s corner, a photo booth and a dedicated parking area.
