PONY EXPRESS designed and successfully implements in its operational scheme 12 mobile service centers on mail van chassis. The vehicles are packed with all necessary equipment to receive, sort and distribute parcels and mails to couriers.
First three months of usage resulted in couriers` performance growth by 15% and a significant reduction in delivery vehicles’ mileage and fuel consumption. Moreover, preliminary sorting of incoming mails and parcels in mobile centers allowed to cut the average time of delivery to customers.
The vehicles are currently operating in Moscow. During the next year PONY EXPRESS plans to expand this solution to Sankt Petersburg and then to other major cities of the country.
